Starbrite began siding cleaning in 2003 and has been perfecting the process ever since. We understand the nuances of each type of siding and how each situation should be appropriately handled.

The Process
All vinyl, metal and wood siding is cleaned with a soft bristled brush, enzymatic cleaner and low flow powerhead. The lower pressure eliminates the chance of unwanted water getting behind the siding’s seams and window jambs and is safer on wood and vinyl siding’s finish than higher pressure. We can and often do pressure wash brick and stucco.

"How often should I have my siding cleaned?"    
We usually advise customers to do it once every year. 

"If I get my siding cleaned, will my windows get dirty?"   
In short, Yes. We are a window cleaning company as well, and offer discounted rates on window cleaning if you have your siding cleaned.

"Is the soap you use safe for my family, pets and yard?"   
Absolutely. All chemicals we use are both effective and eco-friendly.

"What if you can't get certain stains out of my siding?"  
Unfortunately, some stains can't be completely removed without damaging the siding. If this is the case our cleaning tech will let you know and go over alternative options with you.
